KAI BUILT CO. — SHIPPING POLICY

At Kai Built Co., many of our products are made to order. Please allow time for your order to be produced and prepared before shipment.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 4-8 business days after your order is placed.

Processing times may be longer during new releases, sales, holidays, periods of high order volume, or due to product availability.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates and available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are in addition to our processing time.

Kai Built Co. cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at kaibuiltco@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us at kaibuiltco@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can work to make it right.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier. You may also contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because many Kai Built Co. products are made to order, contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production or fulfillment has begun.
